নয়াদিল্লি, ২৩ মার্চ: রাশিয়ায় জঙ্গি হামলা নিয়ে তীব্র নিন্দা জানাল ভারতের প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি। নিজের এক্স হ্যান্ডেলে প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদি লেখেন, ‘‘আমরা তীব্র নিন্দা জানাচ্ছি এমন সন্ত্রাসবাদী হামলার। সমবেদনা জানাচ্ছি এই ঘটনায় নিহতদের পরিবারের প্রতি। ভারত সর্বদাই রাশিয়ার সরকারের এবং জনগণের পাশে রয়েছে এমন দুঃসময়ে।’’
